Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak shopping times or high demand periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. To ensure that your order is delivered promptly, we ask that you provide accurate and complete address information at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping location. If the order is undelivered or delivered to the wrong address due to an address issue, we won’t be able to provide a refund in such cases.
We encourage you to double-check your address before finalizing your order to ensure it I accurate and up to date.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We only ship to locations within the United States, including all 50 states and APO or AE addresses. Currently, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. If your location is unavailable during checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that address.
Local Delivery Policy
We offer free local delivery or pick-up within the Huntsville, AL city limits and surrounding ZIP codes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
